A young person joins the program at the request of their family or pastor and in partnership with the Vocational Activities team. These families want their young person to grow in discipleship within biblical community. When you say yes to becoming a mentor, you’re saying yes to helping that young person live out God’s purpose for their life. You walk alongside them and their family in community. And that journey has a ripple effect of positive change.

-A quiet time for teacher and student to gain a trusting relationship while learning and growing.
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show yourself approved by God, a workman who need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
-Reading God's Word and spending time in prayer is a prerequisite to learning how to work on the job with others to gain respect and trust.
Tool Safety Rules
Learning to treat tools with respect and appreciation is the key to safety and quality work.
